Proud to be an American!

Yesterday I read an article in World Net Daily titled "Meet stunning Americans looking to dethrone Pelosi." written by Chelsea Schilling. This is a story of ordinary people that love their country that previously never thought of being involved in politics, but love their country and are disappointed in the present government. They have taken the ultimate steps of putting themselves out there to fight for what they believe. This is a heart warming article and worth the read.

Hope you enjoy as much as I did :)

Settle Down PLEASE!!

OK, I love Hannity and Rush as much as any conservative out there, BUT enough of the gloom and doom already! If I were to hang on their every word, there would be NO reason to get outta bed in the morning, cause Obama is going to ruin my life and I can't do a thing about it. At least, not until the next election.

Hey guys ... instead of the gloom and doom, why not organize us in another tea party type protest that at least lets us feel like we are doing something. Maybe even point out that we have lived through the Carter, Clinton, Nixon and other administrations and the good ole USA is still around.

While I don't like what is happening, I do not believe that the USA as we know it is over!

Just me ranting :)

Kansas City Tea Party, My First ....

Today was my first Politcal Rally ... and I am hooked!! I was so inspired by people of all ages so dedicated to the country they love, and to their beliefs! I was about to lose faith in my country, but after today ... WELL, we will get this country back on the right track! I will do my best to help!

Now just to figure out how I am going to do that :)
